Code of Conduct.

Good Governance.

Transparency and equal opportunities are the cornerstones of our actions and our cooperation is characterised by mutual trust and appreciation, which we also show to our business partners and expect from them in our collaboration.

Our Code of Conduct (download here) provides us with important information and guidance and is intended to help us make the right decisions in our day-to-day business, also with regard to our business partners. We are convinced that the combination of entrepreneurial behaviour and ethical principles is one of the cornerstones of our success. We are committed to protecting and preserving this reputation. Employees in all QUiNFOS companies and our business partners contribute to this by acting consistently in line with our corporate culture.

Our Code of Conduct is a central component of our overarching goal: doing the right thing together to secure the future. For us – and for future generations.

Whistleblowing Channel.

At QUiNFOS, we place great importance on compliance with laws, internal regulations, and ethical principles. We want to ensure that our conduct and that of our business partners align with the principles outlined in our Code of Conduct.

To meet our commitment, it is essential that we identify and prevent potential misconduct by our employees or suppliers at an early stage. For this reason, we have established an independent, impartial, and confidential whistleblowing system.

Through our whistleblower and complaint system, the Whistleblowing Channel (click here), we aim to ensure that violations of human rights, environmental regulations, economic crimes, and other unethical or illegal incidents can be reported to us anonymously. Every report can contribute to the early detection and prevention of misconduct, protecting all parties involved from harm.

In addition, there is the option to reach out anonymously to our ombudsman at any time:
